There is no way horizon 6 is coming this year. I'm telling you now. Firstly there is no way playground games is making a true next gen only horizon game bigger than anything they've ever done before in three years. Cold hard fact considering it took them three years to make fh5 which is basically fh4 .5 and secondly there is no way turn 10 are going to allow playground games to release fh6 within motorsports first year which would completely overshadow motorsport taking away all their players and finally there is no way horizon 6 is going release this year when their 2 biggest competitors are within their first and second year respectively and players of the those games are invested in those games and are not going to have time for 3 plus live service racing games at the same time this year. IT'S JUST NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. I'd put money on horizon 6 releasing either next year or 2026. It doesn't matter that gta 6 is potentially releasing next year because it'll probably get delayed and even if it does release next year, they're different games and are different enough to come out at the same time.

@richardprice4945 Have they officially said they're making a bigger game than they've ever done? People also fail to remember that the 3 years between 4 and 5 also involved a large period of time where the country was locked down, certainly not helping with making it. Turn 10 could easily allow it to release. After the disaster that was motorsport, that would be a garunteed way to get their money. The two games are arguably targeting different player bases anyway as it is, so I doubt many would be torn away for too long. They did also have their alternating yearly game releases, though things like that change. As long as Forza make a better game than their competitors, they'll have no problem getting the players to stick with Forza. Out of them, it's realistically the safest option. GTA 6 certainly is something to consider. While it may be delayed, there's a chance it won't, and anything releasing around it will probably struggle. Yes, they're different games, however the majority of casual players that play it through game pass and don't necessarily have an interest in forza will be distracted by that. The Forza fans will certainly play, but that seems to be a minority when the game is on game pass. I'm not saying anybody is right or wrong saying it'll come out this year or next, I'm just interested in people's reasoning.
