I personally think Ulti should be within the top ten due to how easily she can instantly kill pretty much every EX attacker, and non-attackers if she gets her parameter boosts

Well you definitely have a point there and global do tend to play ex attackers more than any other character. G5 luffy can also turn to an attacker but what worries me is that she isn't as tanky as she was. Also can definitely get exposed

@@PhumzoKP For sure. She’s pretty fragile. imo she makes up for it with her life steal and her being able to easily buff herself with her normals and her multi hit skill.

I concur with this statement. As a Ulti/Klaw(currently) main everything he says is true. Ulti is amazing but the thing she truly struggles eith is character who stack their defenses really quickly and easily like Klaw and Gear 5 for instance. So basically if you don't one shot them with your skills immediately, even with perfect dodges, you'll probably die. Especially agaisnt Klaw since he isn't an attacker. But against everything else she is very very good if you know how to player her correctly. I haven't had the time to grind to become no.1 Ulti player with my only placing 30th as my best with her but I will one day despite the meta looking worse and worse for her lol.

@@JuliRat I agree and I'm glad to have met another Ulti main who has the same understanding of her mechanics anf how to use her effectively. Also back then right before the release of Klaw when big mom and kaido were running the meta, I honestly think Ulti was top 10 unit in the game since I had no trouble dealing with either Kaido or Big Mom unless I got caught lacking. Especially I destroyed big moms 9 out of 10 times due to her being blue and big mom being red along with a combination of perfect dodges and timing her skills perfectly without getting aflamed and minimalizing damage taken. Even in the FR Shanks meta I consistently placed top 100 globally with Ulti and Rayleigh as my backup at the time.

For Robin and law it's best to pair with other blue character or red. Onigashima luffy you can pair with Perospero/wano marco. Or you can just use marco and Perospero. It's better to run single colour for more %. You can also do separate but not as good try to avoid two attacker though because it's hard to know if matching will leave you without runner or defender

Well with ussop it's definitely debatable but the thing with Franky he works so well in defense buff meta even though he don't do damage he can help the team out and get lucky flags. Yea ussop on matches he can sleep opponents definitely could be top 10 but matches with hybrid kaido g5 law well that's where he really struggles imo. I can't disagree with you though valid point 👌💯

In my 11-15 range. With oden released it would push out momo and put 2-4 or even 1 not quite sure yet. Nami is good but if you don't have good control of skill 1 especially playing on mobile and without good teammate to help you be passive attacker. It's hard

@@PhumzoKP for most mobile player’s i guess that’s the case but i have no problem controlling zeus in a 1 vs 1 i atleast hit them with Zeus 3 times in a circle and I literally one shot gear 5 / most characters easily skill 2 and stacks

@@dreamzoe957 with status effect unit 1v1 just depend on whether they get trapped or not but with Nami skill 2 i know it can be deadly even if you can't shock. With WB being in the Meta Nami stocks have increased and many other characters actually. Her dodge is good especially to sneak up on same enemy or catch another one. Will see when i make the list again where I'll put her

@@PhumzoKP true in the beginning /end of certain maps she can shock the enemy whole team and keep them from getting the flags and can one shot the whole team if they all shocked together besides each other she can clutched many games with skill one also

I would say brook nami and sanji all belong on the list nami because her attack boosts so high u can one shot g5 that have full def boost brook because he can get a similar version of g5 def boost and u put king where he was because of his counters than by that same logic sanji should at least be on the list as he counters a lot of characters

I see your point but if I made top 15 they would be around there not sure about sanji. King has counters yes but he struggles to take flag away. It's a bit tough to compare runners to attacker n defenders because win rate also plays a role

I put him high because of his meta I know he really struggles when he doesn't get his proper matching against g5 or klaw but they are characters who have knockback skills. At times I do try to eat that damage and go out of that fight to do something else. Could have put queen at 6 I said that Franky king and queen are interchangeable. I can't disagree with what you said. It's tough making a perfect non ex list. The ones that shit on queen the most is definitely hybrid Yamato and ex luffy against others you can try to escape but them nah bruh. Had matching were they kept hitting me I feel like almost everyone is dependent on matching also

Yea his so slow especially when zoro gives you that skill 1 speed debuff. I also feel bluta could have been much better not just with nullify knockback but if tot Musica gave her 50% damage reduction instead of 30%. Also if her trait when she nullify status heals by 30% and get like 20%-30% atk boost along with the defense. With navy support she is actually good. Made a video on it as well because of you👍

His good but can take a lot of damage from his ignoring to be down trait but does a lot of damage in quick bursts with his skills. At times you can have games you use your 2 skills and after that get ko he doesn't have that insane skill cooldowns and surviving depend on dodging I feel like him and Garp are in the 11-20 range. Really solid but lack some of the newer traits that came out after them. If i made top 15 list one of them would have definitely made it in.

Greenbull because of his ignore capture and better healing all rounds . Franky needs to get to an open flag but he has better capture resistance and tanking than greenbull.
