Thanks for the comment! About Despair, I think it used to be useful 1 or 2 years ago, when not so many champions could easily counter strong regeneration defenders, but now, not so. You see, it helps you decrease your opponent's healing for 5, 10 or 15% for each debuff applied, actually this can help to heal block with champions that have no direct heal block abilities but can apply a lot of debuffs. This is the only benefit it can bring. If you think such cases are often for you, you may consider maxing it out.

And one more note, this can also reverse the regen into damage, let's say the defender has strong regen and you have despair 3/3 and applied 10 debuffs. 10×15%=150%, which means you will not only block all the healing, but apply damage over time equal to 50% of the health that your opponent would heal. This is a cool thing, but is it worth investing 3 points, it's up to you bro to decide🫡
