I had this. It's more of a staining balm that increases colour after rubbing it on your lips. They all turn the same colour on the lips and the flower inside is hard and begins to scratch your lips when you get to it. It smells a bit like soap but it's very moisturising. c:

I remember my grandmother using these as well as the green ones (that do the same thing as this one) in the 90s. I thought they were pretty lame at the time (but to be honest it's probably because I associated it with ... grandma cosmetics, rarely glamorous). She used to get them from a local retailer, they were all imported from China. It's quite surprising to see people are only JUST discovering them now (and being very vocal about it too).

Reminds me of L'paige lipsticks. They have numerous colors, even half and half (ex yellow:brown). they're aloe which helps moisturizer your lips. The color changes upon the pigment of ur skin, I believe, not temp. Used to sell it at my old job and it was pretty cool to witness the change. This is so much prettier tho xp

But The rats and rabbits they use for the testing are special breeds. they dont go out on the fields and catch them. if you'd free them they would die in no time in the wild or in any other circumstance. Yes its kinda cruel but do you really think a lipstick , that's been tested on the skin of a rat can cause its death? do you really think they are producing stuff that can cause instant death ? a lipstick? what can happen when you are using a lipstick. an allergic reaction. rashes can break out and in the worst case it can lead to shock. for the tested animal. If you don't want animals to die then go on and be a test dummy. and fyi , there are tons of medications f.ex. that are tested on humans. I love animals but sometimes it takes 100 deaths to save one live.

We got that "magical" lipsticks in México more cheaper than this one, like 2 dollars maximum, not new for me. I used to use it when I was 14, basically all mx teenagers thought that those lipsticks were only for kids.
