Most BEAUTIFUL Viewpoint In THAILAND - Doi Mae Salong

The most beautiful campsite in Thailand is in a place you probably wouldn't expect. The middle of a tea plantation! This exclusive gem of a camping spot is hidden away in Wang Put Tan in the hills of Doi Mae Salong, one of our favourite places in the world.
As part of our nostalgia tour we went to visit our friend Yee who has been developing this wonderful plantation from a simple Tea Farm into an amazing Tea Drinking and immersion experience! We were so impressed with the work she has put into the place since we last saw it 5 years ago.
We spent the afternoon enjoying the fantastic scenery and aromas of the tea and then discovered that Story is a big fan of Oolong! She drank 4-5 cups and still wanted more.
Next time, with a bit of better planning we will definitely come back to camp out under the stars in one of Wang Put Tans amazing tents.

The owner of this tea shop is very kind. He closed the shop and we don't know. He went to sit and eat with his family.
