I did a waterfast for 23 days and at the end i was sleeping like 20 hours a day... extremely dangerous. And if he doesn't break his waterfast with healthy food mostly waterbased like watermelon and fermented shit he will gain it all back really quickly cause ur metabolism is just so bad at that point.

The 98s hand in the small blind could have easily been a preflop 3 bet. You’ve got a raise from mp and a call from co… you need to find raises in the sb and mid suited cards are great. But you checked… on the flop, when you hit trips, you should work in donk bets. This isn’t 2004… donk bets are great opportunities, especially multi-way, to make money. Bet to build the pot and deny equity… you did neither.
