It's not actually the overpower that is causing the insane damage, it's the Viscous Shield legendary node. It's scaling MUCH MUCH higher than it says. just removing it takes me from doing 2 billion damage hits to 100 million meaning that it's giving a 20x multiplier

That’s that platform. It’s how that creator designed it. The nodes are still positioned correct as direction. You’ll get used to it.

@@EternalGaze8 The build paths are different, and the board orientation is completely different, if you look at the skill tree, and then tick the "leveling path" there are things on the leveling path that aren't on the skill tree, such as Unrestrained, that isn't on the skill tree, and if you only level from the skill tree, you have points left over, but if you level from the leveling path you don't have enough points, as it doesn't say to take Focal Point on the leveling path, however it does tell you to take Apex and Diminishment, both you can't take without taking Focal Point first. All of his builds seem to have this issue, none of the other builds do. I like NickTew and I want to try this build out, but his only build link is bust af compared to other builds (And his three spiritborn builds seem to have the same exact leveling tree with the same issues on, yet other Spiritborn builds don't have this issue)

It’s because it’s not the overpower that triggers insane damage, it’s the legendary node on the viscous shield paragon board. Have you got that one activated?

Hey Nick, this reminds me of the season 2 hota barb with overpower and banished lords. Will the build still work even without 275 resource? Maybe then you over power every second hit, should still be good dps right? I’m concerned about losing the huge armor roll from my legendary amulet though.

was a great build and have been running my build Spiritborn since day 1 in fact i was still following the guide on Mobalytics up to 5hrs ago but now im level 60 and return to look at the build and the entire pages is different including meta final tab. Not sure if Moba did this or if you did but someone has no respect for players. i appreciate the time that content providers do but if its like this i have to find some that me and my 210 clan members can depend on. Hopeful someone can help and clear this up.

Can you use Paingorgers gloves with this build? I have a non-ancestral pair of gloves with ranks to Quill Volley and recently found an ancestral pair of paingorgers. I still don't have enough max resource to play the overpower build so I am just scaling armor for Unyielding Hits. I got a GA total armor% amulet that is giving me good damage and took me to T3.

for those still leveling up till 60, I have a question, is it worth it playing on Penitent difficulty ? I'm doing fine, If careful I can't die, but it feels like I'm pushing a pit at the last 10 doable levels of my build :D in other words, I feel monsters are buffy and take too much time to kill, maybe all the extra gold and xp is not worth it if I want to go faster ? I'll drop a difficulty by one and see how it feels.

Drop to normal and finish story with opal 15% xp boost and elixir 5% xp boost and by the time you finish story should be around 55 and i just did helltide at hard for last 5 levels. Was super fast

Glyphs... When u hit all 5 like lvl 80...u start to obliterate t4, and around 225 paragon lvl. Glyps are most op to gain piwer, plus masterworking gear... Thats real powa my bro 😊 i have simillar build, without neck piece and gloves, and doing speeds 85 atm. Fun build i must say 👍 gl hf and take care

You need to activate the legendary node on the Viscous Shield paragon board. It’s bugged and giving like a 20x damage boost, that’s how you can go from hitting for millions to billions

i understand that running overpower makes it boarderline impossible to max unyielding armor, but itsnt an un-maxed unyielding still worth running? say you only have armor cap which is 1000, so you get 300 weapon base damage which is like 50% increase? obviously the people who made this build know what they are doing and i dont make builds for a living, but i still want an answer

Build is good but there are some weird mistakes you made on your paragon board. Like just random points in some glyph nodes that arent related to the node inside the glyph slot and at the end you could path through enough dex to activate the glyph secondary but you chose not to for some reason...

You also get regen from your INT stat, the Vigorous passive and Measured Ravager. There is a regen calculator online as a GoogleDocs spreadsheet where you can put in your own stats to work out your regen percentage

I started out on the first one to get me to 60, but seeing how missing points and not polished full to start is confusing for newer players. As to what the others said - its the ring, but you need a near max roll for it to work. I had one at 35%, would not refill. I swapped to a 44% and it refills every time now.

You roll +% Resource Generation on your ring, along with one of your Paragon boards that gives a ton of gen and some of your passives. The % modifier effects the ring. So if you have a perfect roll (50%) and +100% resource generation, you get back 100% of spent resource

This is actually a really bad version of this build. Other creators have uploaded a version of this that hits for almost 2 TRILLION damage. Its absolutely ridiculous. Its because the damage scaling on the legendary node is bugged. It's giving like a 20X multiplier which will obviously get fixed.
