Yeah, most people that a higher ranks actually have settings turned down to lowest of the low. Some people also uses configs to save more fps

Talvald and self heal sky Combo Goes Hard... verry Underated honestly.. sky can delete tanks with her Hp% posion ability and pretty much unkillable with her self heals and Tolvold carry. Makes it super easy to win those point fights in Ranked 😅😂 Out of 8 matches we won all 8 with this cheaky Combo. Its Kinda Toxic but aye need to get my rank up 😅

It does feel like it right now for sure, player numbers are heavily down. Overwatch ranked is not much better though with 50% of players playing on smurfs or so, even up to the higher elo's you just end up vs one tricks or smurfs
