U love to see it. Off all his itterations, this one is the definitive raidon in my eyes. He's the perfected n polished version of all previous tries n wasn't nailed like that in the two later versions. In the last one even to a point that he is no longer recognizable. N mk11 it felt like they stuffed someone else with totally differen style into a raiden costume. It wasn't even a worse executed version or bad ideas build of raidens fighting style. It was just a different character. When itake the og mk1 raiden with his ultralimited arsenal from back then - watching mkx raiden i can still see that base in him, also in injustice 2 even though, worse translated. But in mk11 raiden not at all.

Ngl I think mkx is arguably the best and most competitive mk of all time. Each character has very unique styles and unlimited potential. Plus the variations are simple and make the game so much more fun. Mk11 feels so much more limited. The krushing blow is only there to add damage because longer combos are impossible to do with most characters

I have a question, I play Raiden in thunder god variation, and when I watch thoses players I am like : why they don't end their combos with b1,1,1+3? It's an hard KD, so I use it as a tool for mix up, thx for the answers.

If not in the corner, it pushes to far, and with variations it’s good to keep the opponent close to use the spark moves and gain meter/destroy armor. In the corner it’s not about the combos, it’s about the setup game. And plus, bf3 pushes to the corner with you right next to them Short answer? Positioning and setup

Reason is in the corner the restand b14 bd1 restand I think it’s plus 4 if I remember correctly and f1 jails unless u ND the f1. Hard KD Is good for some characters and he shines more in the corner so superman is always better to end with if u midscreen
