Meanwhile Moonfish is pretty much guaranteed to kill you because his version of "I wanna kill something" was immediately triggered by seeing blood, while Toga didn't immediately jump to "LEMME KILL YOU" when they were on the mission at the training camp. So you might stand a better chance with Toga as a nurse. But I agree that I wouldn't stand a chance with Shigaraki...

I mean, she wouldn't hurt you you don't interest her (wouldn't hurt you like tsuyu and ochaco, she has work ethic (doesn't attack her teammates of people from the hassaikai until the betrayal), you haven't gotten in her way (her reason to kill heroes), and she is very good at what she does so you probably won't feel pain during procedures. Toga would be neutral-pacific towards you and you shouldn't have a reason to bother her, if you're funny she might even like you, not much, not like you'd want that, you'd be killed, she'd probably be a better nurse than most.
