Hi sir, Could you tell me please, should we bring our physical passport or driver's license (based on the country) on the test day and type it's id number on the address bar in duolingo real test?

Yes, you should either have your passport or id card of the country and a picture of it will be captured at the start of the test, so there is no need to type its id number

It depends on your luck, sometimes DET give you a free test again but most of the times you have to purchase another one
