Like you said, that was no neurofibroma, rather a haemangioma. Again an absolutely difficult case; haemangioma can always be tricky. And what a beautiful result, you really pulled on that skin - 10 cm? More? And no necrosis at the scar, no haematom, no tension- blisters, nothing. Swelling is gone in less than a month. N.facialis not a tiny bit affected! Congratulations again, I wish, I would know how you did it. Best regards from Germany.

This seems like a life changing surgery for this young man. What an improvement. After it heals, he can probably get a hair transplant to on the area of surgery (where there used to be hair) if that is what he wants.
