Great video, I recently bought D'arabie do you think the perfume has been reformulated? It doesn't last long, 3 hours max?

Hmm I dont know if its been reformulated. with all my perfumes I add them after I moisturized and also add on clothes to make them last longer. There is something though that is called olfactory adaption. Your body will sense the perfume as its own body odor and you dont smell it anymore. This happens to me with almost all my perfumes. I smell it when i spray it and then less and less. But other people can still smell it and its a good indicator for if a perfume lasts. (Also i can smell the next day on my clothes) Thats why a lot of people overspray their perfume because they think its not there when in reality their brain just doesnt signale it to them. But I hope they didn’t reformulate - I love it! But every skin is different so it’s certainly possible that perfume lasts different on different skin. Hope you love the scent

@@AmandaSoignee Thanks for taking the time to write back. Interesting thought, yes you could be right, perhaps I just get used to the scent and I become anosmic. Maybe its just my skin, as I heard this perfume was supposed to be beast mode, so I was surprised when it started fading pretty quickly as it projected so loudly before the 3 hours mark.The scent is to die for, on me it smells very luxurious but clean at the same time. It is in my top 5 for sure :)

@@aboutthatlife1418 ! True I wish they had a body lotion i love the perfume! one that is on the similar note side is Mancera Rose Vanilla and Shaghaf Oud by Swiss Arabian the second one which I think lasts extremely long. But happy

That happens to me all the time , I’ll spray my Tiffany or Burberry, in fact I too have expensive taste, I will spell it on me when it goes on, then I won’t smell it on me , but a guy or someone will say “ Oh WOW, u smell amazing. And I’m thinking “ I wonder of it’s really me, so I ask them to get a closer sniff. And there like “ yes it’s what ur wearing, it smells great”! But I’ve often wondered what r pheromones? I’ll smell is it on another woman and thank it smells amazing and then I bought it for myself and it smells completely different on me and I won’t like it because it doesn’t smell as good on me as it did on her I wonder why that is is that what pheromones are?

Fun Fact, the Louis Vuitton perfume can be refilled it as many times as you like! Once you finish the LV bottle, go to a Louis Vuitton store with your empty perfume bottle and get it refilled for half the price! 110$ I think.

Louis Vuitton has the best perfume in my experience. It lasts all day and whenever I pick up my clothes to do laundry I can still smell the perfume. My personal favorite and the one I get the most compliments on is symphony. Whenever you buy luxury products the price is certainly a factor but you definitely pay for quality.

Even though I love to wear niche and unique fragrances, my most complemented fragrances are chance eau tendre and light blue😁

Hi there... One perfume I always get compliments is Side Effect from the house Initio Parfums Prive. Where I live not everybody knows (or can afford) this brand so every single time I wear it it’s a success for sure!!! If you like tobacco and boozy vanilla... ❤️

Loved the recommendations, but I find it confusing when you (and other fragrance reviewers) speak highly of perfumes, encourage others to try it/buy it, then turn around and say you don’t like that so many people are purchasing/wearing the same fragrance. Did i misunderstand? No hate intended ❤️❤️

No worries happy to clarify! I still wear Baccarat Rouge because its an amazing fragrance and I always encourage people to buy whatever they love even if its a fragrance that is very popular. However I think the beauty of niche fragrance is that they are are more « rare » and when you use a fragrance you want it to be a signature scent most of the time. That said I would always recommend to get whatever you like!! No matter who is wearing it still when you smell it on a lot of people it loses the memories you have with it if that makes sense! Hope so 🤣❤️
