That's called Apam Balik in Malaysia. the crispy thin version. there's also thicker and soft version. it's pretty sweet with the original having finely crushed peanuts, sugar and butter. then many more varieties like chocolate, banana, etc

In India it is an south Indian dish known as ' Dosa '. It is alsi of two type Masala (spices) Dosa or Plain Dosa. In northern side of India Dosa is thin and from where it originated means Southern side of India Dosa is thick.

My favorite martabak place is Orins and the Nutella, Toblerone, peanut, (toasted coconut which I bring along with real butter to cook instead of blue band) is outta this world delicious!!! But make sure to ask for just a bit of condense milk on top or else it's too sweet (as if it's not too sweet from all the yummy ingredients above! Lol)

In my country, we call this "Kuih Malaya". Add lots of Crushed Peanuts, drizzle some Condensed Milk then sprinkle some Raisins. ( Children like it when they add chocolate sprinkles, I don't because condensed milk is already sweet) Serve it hot. It's much better when it's hot. Apspsdpspds 😂

In my country Brazil, this is called "tapioca/crepioca" It's incredible, the difference and that we use other types of filling. Like cheese, sausage, pork, chicken, bananas (yes bananas, it sounds strange but it's good), corn, and much more. Haha 🇧🇷
