My worst experience in flight was from 2016 when me and my family were returning from Delhi to Pune, it was night time and was rainstorming, hardly anything was visible except shing clouds due to thunder, the wind was knocking the plane everywhere, 2 times engine noise completely stopped and it felt like the plane fell 1000 feet down as it literally felt like I had no weight for some seconds seat belt kept us in place. People only screamed when it felt like plane was falling, otherwise everyone were so tense that they could'nt even scream, everyone was praying, my kid sister besides me grabbed my arm tight and was helplessly crying. Pilot tried to land the plane actually touched down but the plane slipped a little on the wet runway, he immediately took off again, again we were in this nightmarish storm, after 15-20 mins he tried landing 2nd time we, touched down and the plane was running on the runway for some secondd then we realized that were far too ahead of the runway, upon realizing pilot had put the plane on full throttle and we did a hardcore take off again. I was just praying that we land and get out of the plane. Pilot tried landing 3rd time and it surely was an hardcore one but he managed to stop the plane, finally it taxied to the port and we all applaud to the pilots and the crew and got out unharmed. That day I seriously thought that there was a chance that we might not survive.

Very nice. The pilots are excellent in their field. They did a very nice job by not landing in the first attempt. The pilots are trained that they should not land if the landing conditions aren't good. So, pilots can go for another round and attempt again. We should encourage such acts of pilots. After all, they are doing for our safety. 👏👏👏
