Usually, any real-estate that is expensive and on the "beach or barrier island" is going to be safer. Once you get on the mainland with lower cost real-estate with "diverse" population usually have higher crime. Although criminals have and steal cars and can go anywhere.

I lived in Tiger Point while my children were in school, it was great but it’s not Pensacola.Neither are the other A neighborhoods. Are the missing places rated F ? Really, Garson Point? What are you hiding? That’s the question!

Gulf Breeze, Milton, Garcon Pointe are not Pensacola. They are not neighborhoods, they are their own towns. The most dangerous neighborhoods in Pensacola are almost all of it. Mayfair was sketchy when I was growing up. Still live in this hell hole and it just keeps getting worse.

You also stated you are not "trying to steer" anyone with your video however you spend 90% of the time talking about a DIFFERENT county all together. Pensacola Beach and everything East is SANTA ROSA county. No where near being part of Pensacola (Escambia County btw). This means Molino, Perdido Key, Cantonment and Walnut Hill are part of the Metro Pensacola area. Anything in Santa Rosa county are not neighborhoods in PENSACOLA like your video states. Before you put out another video like this, do more research than a single site. It makes you look lazy to your viewership.

I police Pensacola, that crime resource is not reliable! Goulding and Warrington, are terrible areas! Those areas are full of drugs, gangs, and shootings. Ensley and Myrtle Grove are pretty bad too. In fact don’t live anywhere near the city center. The perdido key and Bulah areas well outside of the city proper are the only parts of Pensacola I would live in.
