6:46 If you're wearing shoes, to me it's best to kick the groin with the front instead of the top of the foot (if the toe part of the shoe is made of hard material). It's a bit harder to find the right spot, but if you find the proper area and use enough force this way it is easier to make the nuts burst.

Well with common sense when you kick with the sharper part of the shoe, the impact goes on a smaller area but with bigger force. Also, to my experience when I have kicked with the front of the shoe it is much more likely for guys to fall on the ground, start crying or puking and so on.

Careful with those kicks - you can tear knee ligaments if you miscalculated the force you're using. Even with an athletic cup, that groin kick will still be painful. If you're practicing with a partner, practice those moves slowly.

Knee kicks arent bad. I just cringe that she doesn't address her own hands or upper body during the movement. Hands are way too low. Keep them up. Dont just step out the way, move your head incase the attacker reaches you before you can step.

I must confess, however, that I don't understand what purpose there is to that second position before issuing the kick. I can't find a place for it, at the present time. Why is it done?

Best I recall, white swan kung fu was created by a woman that had a big vendetta. Seems it became chuan-fa, then in Okinawa became Showing Ryu, where a female has to use technique and brains to overcome brawn. Which this lady seem to do well.
