Blink twice if they have your children. The amazon reviews indicate battery life is absurd. why would you do this?

This thing only claims 250mAh which is indeed tiny. Thinkrider was $4 on aliexpress and claims 600mAh, should be half decent.

Yup... seems nutty long but so far it has lasted more than a few hours, sooooo, I can't say for sure.... as I stated in the review. If you get one, let everyone know how long it lasts for you :)

That must just be a temporary stock problem, but I think any ODD shape would be better than round with a white or red light.

Great light (I have 2! one triangle-shaped, one heart-shaped), but one omission that annoys me is that it has no charge indicator. Do I have enough charge left for my ride or not? But they're well made and for the money I can't really complain.

Agreed, it would be nice to know how much is left. I bike for a few hours then charge it when I come home, so I really don't know how long it will last... a bit frustrating, but quite minor

Although it looks bright in your video, how bright is it in full sunlight? I have gone through many different taillights until I found one that is bright enough to be seen during the day, which is when I do most of my riding. If this is bright enough to get a driver's attention on a sunny day, then that is the gold standard.

You won't find anything bright in sunlight for less than $12. Maybe in the 20-40 range you can find something.

It is pretty darn clear and noticable in the bright sunlight... certainly much more noticable than a typical white light

For the love of god get a Cateye or something different. You’re talking about life or death here with visibility on a bike.

I have to say something, I don't understand how those pointed corners are meeting safety features another place to cut yourself in an accident or worse while pedalling... No idea the lever of the battery... flimsy how is this permitted where you live!?

It's designed to go on the back of your bike, below the saddle. If you get into an accident that somehow puts you in a position to cut yourself on this light you've probably got bigger things to worry about. You're honestly more in danger from your brake levers than this light.
