Asuma's death hit me the hardest I think. I really liked his character and the way his death affected Shikamaru(One of my top 3 favourite characters) absolutely broke me. I felt the pain he felt for a moment even though it isn't real. Asuma was everything to him and it destroyed him to see his hero die. Not to mention he had a wife and unborn child....

Neijis death is really most shocking one for me. he is a good character. i can see this character progress as a main sub character in many episode to come. but they just freaking killed n end it with Neijis story arc. Neijis back story already was awesome n this character was one of my favorite.
