Both homes are definitely going to be most people's taste. The mountain views are picturesque! The future owner will literally never get tired of that view. The tours were very informative. Also, learned quite a bit on how to show a home using video. Thanks!

I live near Boston but I’ve been to LA several times and have driven from LA to Palm Springs. Palm Springs had a smell like a fine cologne. It was an amazing area and the drive through the mountains (especially in a nice car) is bucket list must.
