You can buy laptop which would be better than pc, for entry level go for lenovo ideapad gaming 3 (16 gb ram, gtx 1650 ( go for rtx 2050 if possible, 6 core cpu), or asus tuf f15 which would be around 1lakh but it would be a better option. I have that lenovo ideapad and blender ue5 works absolutely smooth.
