Asylum is supposed to be given to those who fled their countries due to political unrest, the prioritized are those whose countries is facing war. So majority of African Countries seeker asylum even when their countries are not at war however The officials give you this paper for you to sort out your issue while you are in the country. Basically very few deserve it. and this is one of the things which causes conflicts with the locals.
