I’ve never seen anything paranormal myself, but I have one story that is really creepy. When I was seventeen years old, my dad and stepmom went on a trip. One night in the motel, he woke up to take a bathroom break. He saw what he swears was an apparition of a man floating around the room. A few days later, my stepmom talked him into going to talk to a physic lady in the area where they were staying. He walked in, she said “you have a son, he’s going through a tough time right now because he just broke up with his girlfriend”. That was right on the money, where it really got creepy was she predicted how many kids I would have, what I would do for my career, and several other things about me that were spot on, and he never told her he even had a son. She predicted a lot of things about me that came to pass, and are still happening today. I’m still scratching my head trying to figure that one out.

Though skeptics deny the very possibility, there are definitely people who can see across time and even into other dimensions. What's wild is that many of them live humble lives and don't necessarily advertise their abilities. Imo, they deserve to be remunerated for such work and - with their conscience as their guide - donate services in special circumstances. Paz y luz to all 🌿

I used to not believe in ghosts. Then we moved into a house that was built in the late 1870s in Troy NY. One day my dog was barking in my dads bedroom. I went to go see why he was barking. I didn't enter the room, I just looked at my dog. He then jumped down from my dads bed and ran down stairs. I followed him to the stairs but I didn't go down them. I watched him go down the stairs then I look up and I saw a tall shadow figure run across the wall into the servants staircase. I know it wasn't my shadow because when it happened the time of day, my shadow would've been behind me. My sister was down stairs watching tv and no one else was home at the time. Ever since then I became a believer in ghosts. The ghost hardly ever made its presents known. Once in a blue moon it would do something to remind me it was still there. Like one time my best friend and I were going to McDonald's at like 1 or 2 in the morning, and as we were walking down the stairs the light thats was over the second landing of the stairs turned off. At first I thought it was my friend but then I realized she was in front of me so she couldn't have turned them off. Once I realized that I nearly pushed her down the stairs to get out of there lmao

Never forget I was there with my girlfriend and her mom and her mom's friend, we went on a few haunted tours, caught a photo that still haunts me to this day. She deleted the photo in fear of bringing it home. It was from sticking the camera in a window and taking a picture of the inside. What we got was a close up of a face, I'm not very religious but after that I gotta say even I was saying the lord's prayer. Don't believe me? When my ex-husband and I took a tour of the Winchester Mystery House, we went into the bedroom where Sarah Winchester was trapped when the 1906 earthquake hit San Francisco, as I was entering into the room, all of a sudden I started feeling like I had stepped into a freezer, apparently I was the only one who felt it though. My ex-husband later said that my arms felt cold when he touched them. It wasn't a feeling of anything bad, but of how she felt.

I never saw her as she passed away around 1960, and I was born in 1971. I feel blessed to know that there is another life after this one,but I feel terrible for the people that don't believe in a higher purpose. I guess if you believe in ghosts you have a point. These places are historical though and should be preserved and not destroyed out of fear of the supernatural.
@Miami7 Жыл бұрын
@@zaug1561 Why preserve a place where terrible and inhumane things against others occurred there? It's not a fear of the supernatural unless you are into demons and the occult. It is the horrible things that happened there. Why preserve places where people were tortured, maimed, and murdered? What is the draw of such evil anyway just because it is a couple hundred years old? I'm just different than others and want to surround myself with good things, and stay away from evil things.
@zaug1561 Жыл бұрын
@@Miami7 If we erase negative history we are more likely to repeat the same mistakes. Reminding ourselves of such atrocities shows how far we've come and the progress we've made so we never get to that point again. That's great you want to surround yourself with good things, and you can simply not visit places like those to do so. Those places aren't causing harm anymore, so why destroy something that can help us learn from our past?
@tasha5419 Жыл бұрын
Don't destroy these buildings, it doesn't take care of the paranormal. It will still reside there. The best thing you can do is protect yourself. Most of the stories about Sarah Winchester are probably not true. Some of those unusual features could be explained by changes in her plans. I think she was just trying to construct a unique house. Designing and watching the construction of new wings of the house was her hobby.
@sueerickson9988Ай бұрын
They are more true than not. There is only 1 photo of Sarah. She felt the photos would trap her soul. She was a spiritualist & conducted seances every night. The 7th floor tower rang the bell every night at midnight. All the statues near the north facing front door were of the people who died because of the Winchester rifle. No one entered the front, they had to use the service entrance. Teddy Roosevelt couldn’t enter the front door. She would never sleep in the same bedroom twice (she moved her sleeping space to another the next day. She closed off the front door area after getting stuck in the daisy room during the 1906 San Francisco earthquake when the 7th floor tower fell 3 floors. She made sure everything in house had 13 items in it (including the ballroom chandelier). The history of Sarah Winchester is amazing.
@DavidSmith-sb2ixАй бұрын
@@sueerickson9988 Real historians who have studied her life would disagree with you. Her passion was architecture and she was constantly designing new additions to her house.
