When I slow playback speed (in settings) to 0.25 and put volume up and click on time stamp @ 2:20 repeatedly so I can listen several times over and over I think I hear a male stating "This is the town center." I hear the voice right at the beginning of 2:20 so start listening @ 2:19 might help. I do not hear him at normal playback speed.
