A Clearance is just when a Defender or Goalkeeper kicks (or punches if its Keeper) the ball away from the "danger area" and it goes out of play or back into the opponents half (or close to the opponents half). A goal line clearance is basically the same thing but on the goal line, and is the most "clutch" clearance you can make

I understand that young people never got to follow him throughout his career but he was never that great at CB, he too used to positioning as a left back. Baresi and Nesta was better in the centre

Thanks for checking out my favorite sport guys. also, you really should check out a player named Phillip Lahm. He played for Bayern Munich. in my opinion, one of the best fullbacks to play the game. He’s been retired for a while now. he was also Captain of the German National team before Manuel Neuer took over, he was the starting fullback when Germany beat Brazil 7-1 in the World Cup a while back. they went on to win it all.🎉
