Round off 9year. but jab hamne apna fund withdraw kiya to unhone mere pension fund se 6300rs deduct kar diye aur jab maine epfo office me complain kar to unhone kaha aapki working 8year se calculate kari hai isliye deduct hua hai. But previous company ka pf 15/02/2018 tak joma Kiya. Isliye pf ka transfer nahi ho Raha. Tell tour hr that whatever he /she is telling you , please send proper document proof regarding that as the proof , if don't get any reply then reply on that mail saying proper justification needed and escalate it highest level . Probably your problem will be solved by then but if still they ignore or don't get any response then send legal notice.
