No, Heirarchy means either decreasing order or increasing order whether in terms of size or an object ,. While emphasis is basically a focal point .

Go to JEE Mains site.There click on the first blue boxed link.Register yourselves. Then follow as the process says but dont forget to select on Barch option while applying.Hope this helps.
