EHHHH.....kind of. Bottom line is if that's how you differentiate it in your mind, it's not going to get you to the wrong answer. So I'm not against it, it's just more complex than I would describe it in a classroom setting.

I saw an undercover video of agents "steering" their clients away from FSBOs because they wouldn't get commission. And then you said agents were telling you to hurry up and sell your property in a predominantly Italian area that was becoming Asian... How come so many things are illegal but most agents do it anyway? It makes me think that all of this stuff is just knowledge to pass the exam, but once we get in the practice, we'll see that many agents do whatever they want anyway and there is no punishment or even stigma around it.
