I know that it wasn’t intentional, but you gotta love the line “mostly seen in pregnant women, ‘and people with other mental disorders’” … I know it wasn’t intended to be phrased this way, but the irony. I think any woman who has ever been pregnant would also agree that it’s something along the lines of a temporary sort of mental disorder. Trust me, I speak from experience. 😂

I’m actually diagnosed with pica (ever since I was 8 years old). My psych thinks it’s due to my ASD and ADHD (also with my depression, BPD, anxiety and OCD dendencies). I pull out my eyelashes and eat them- a lot of the time I don’t even notice I’m doing it! But with the help of therapy and medications I’m doing it less and less! Also I guess I’m incredibly lucky my eyelashes grow much faster than the usual persons (so I’ve never had the issues of eyelid baldness).
@lostweeb80292 жыл бұрын

I have a stuffed frog that my best friend gave to me before she passed away. His name is Bibbit and he comes in my bag with me everywhere I go. It’s actually very common for people who have Borderline Personality Disorder to become more attached to a stuffed animal than actual people. I also have shelves full of stuffed frogs that I keep buying, especially from flea markets because that means they probably used to belong to someone. I'm addicted to plants, but it's fairly well documented in many people. I think about them every living moment. I even dream of them. But again. Pretty normal for a plant addict.
