Well when things break your allowed to send them back because things break too easy. And if i use a product some you cant clean. So they get sent back thats on the company that sells broken stuff rhat cant be resold. But EVERYONE THINKS renturns should be brand new items. That not how it works should be for broken damaged stuff. Now people keeping the stuff and swnding different items or empty that is just mean and hope karma catches up with rhem. Returns arent meant to be brand new untouched
