Pretty much if you go to a regular chiropractor visit, they will do all the same adjustments to you as the rest. I have been going to a chiropractor since I was a kid I’m almost 40 now. I have run into a few chiropractors that had some serious skills and unique adjustments that were outstanding. I have remembered the ones I like most, and I specifically ask for those adjustments with new chiropractor visits. Most will be happy to do them for you. Of course, if you don’t like certain adjustments, tell them before you get started. If you know what you like, you will come out feeling great but of course that comes with many visits with many docs. You have to know what works for you and you will get your moneys worth in your appointments. Like all my neck adjustments can pop/twist so well if I am laying down versus me sitting up. I can do them facing up or down, if you mention it to doc they will recommend which one they do best. Of course, what you want some of them won’t know how to do it, so keep shopping for the right doc! If you tell them what you want and they refuse to do it because it’s more work for them, leave the appointment and get your money back! Lastly, if you are not feeling any better than when you came in, tell them! The good ones will continue to work on you until you feel AT LEAST 50% better! The ones that tell you to buy more packages to feel better because you need months of work done….RUN! Commit to one appointment, give yourself some time to see results and heal…if you like them and want more treatment…then go back. It’s like a good massage, after you are sore…but you feel relieved and lighter. It is amazing I love going and I go once every couple of months if needed.

"Same" kind of Chiropractor.... meaning someone who adjusts everything and gives you your money worth?! He's a very good one and 100% legit. Have to watch out for the "one touch miracle cured" ones who don't do much of anything. Five or ten seconds is all you are getting per visit. Some don't even adjust/crack anything and only give massages. Back when Dad was still here before he passed away he went to several like that. I asked him how it went and what they did. When he told me I told him that person isn't a real Chiropractor and to keep looking. He eventually found one who was and did adjustments like Joe does. When you find one like Dr. Cipriano you become his patient until his retirement or for life!
