i have seen one of these before on a server, many years ago. Someone else found it. Stripped the area. a moderator rolled back the area. so we could not verify if it wasn't a glitch with the rollback.

but like I said, we (me and the moderator) weren't sure if the one just glitches out after the roll back of the chunk/ area. so might be a false double.
