Here is what I think: •Sri M’s message was very deep and thoughtful and not as simple as it seems in the first glance of the whole ‘manifestation part’. •most of the viewers who were seeing the podcast for the first time were astonished when the rudraksha was manifested and many of us believed it in the first glance (supported by ranveer’s reaction). •however as many of us are critical thinkers we rewatched the part again and we realised that sri M didn’t freely reveal his right hand during the part before ‘rudraksha manifestation’ but used his right hand freely after manifestation was done so many of us thought that the rudraksha was between sri M’s thumb and palm (which I think is true) and many of us reached to a conclusion that it was just a ‘slight of hand magic trick’ which many card magicians use. •at this point everyone started to think that sri M was fooling viewers and ranveer by doing cheap magic tricks and naming it as manifestation and started disbelieving him. •but before he manifested the rudraksha he kept saying it is ‘not a big deal’ and ‘anyone can do it with 9 days of practice’ and he met a lot of ‘yogi types who did this’ (pay attention he said ‘yogi types’ and not actual yogis) by saying this he was clearly indicating that he was talking about magic tricks and not actual manifestation. •he advised ranveer and viewers so many times that not to fall for such tricks and get side tracked because as he said ‘anyone can do it with just 9 days practice’ but even after indicating beforehand that not to fall for it, even a person as intelligent as ranveer fell for it in the first glance and believed it was totally real, which proved sri M’s point of how these fake yogis fool the common people by using ‘slight of hand magic tricks’ which as he said is not a big deal and anyone can do it with just a little practice, he even tricked ranveer into believing him even more by saying ‘if he wants to wear it on his neck’ and ‘it won’t disappear’ etc. •and let’s be real, do you really think a person as evolved as sri M would be misleading people by doing such fake manifestation things which anyone can see through easily. •it was a video which we could rewind and figure out how such magic tricks are done but in real life fake yogis use such simple magic tricks to manipulate general public into thinking that they have done some kind of miracle and obtain money, fame etc •maybe real manifestation exists and some yogis can do it but the thing is that such yogis would never appear in general public manifesting things for gaining money, fame etc And one who reaches such level of spiritual wisdom may not even see the ‘real manifestation’ as miracles but just another law of physics which we haven’t discovered yet. P.S: so, I don’t think that we should question the intentions of such a wise man and instead learn to read between the lines and try to figure out the real hidden message. Edit: there is a possibility that the analysis I have made is incorrect and I am being too optimistic/overthinking about it, but by any chance if it is correct then sri M would be actually happy to see all the comments saying that “he didn’t really manifest the rudraksha but it was hidden in his right palm”, etc because he wants people to be more aware/skeptical of such kind of things, I am done now.

I see where you are coming from but want to remind a couple of things. To learn to do this cheap trick doesn't take 9 days. It takes a few minutes and anyone can probably manage from the first try. The 9 days he was referring to the actual yogic siddhi. This is when a "yogi type" actually manifests into the material world something from the astral world. Certain yogic types who are more into the siddhi aspects can do this and many have witnessed it. It is a real siddhi (still, of course, a much lower spiritual achievement than Moksha and other things). This is NOT what Sri M does here. Therefore, he should not mislead anyone into thinking he did it. Sri M did this trick in two or three other vids on youtube. In this one be got unlucky because the camera was showing his hands before the "manifestation". So the way I see it, Sri M does this trick thinking it as a win-win scenario: If you somehow "catch" him doing it, he will just say "well done for being a skeptic. I did that just to test your gullibility." And if you DON'T catch him, he can just simply go along with your excitement and pretend he actually did it. Perhaps he thinks that this doesn't cause bad karma because it will help people believe in his other, more important things. But is bad karma because misleading people equals lying, not to mention all the people evidently lost their trust in all the good teachings he gave us, because he comes about as a charlatan. Well we already have enough charlatan "gurus" around (as he points out many times) and we don't need another one. In short this trick is pointless. We excuse it by saying "he was making a point that we shouldn't care about tricks like that" but in reality it's he himself who made us care about that trick in the first place. So why do something for the sole reason of saying that people should 't care about that thing? It's a bit silly, and it's obvious that he did it for the enjoyment of appearing as a special person. I think Sri M is a highly advanced person spiritually, but perhaps some ego slipped in him here unexpectedly. Countless people (including me) already loved him for the amazing teachings he gave us. He didn't need to do this cheap one. But I guess all humans made mistakes, even liberated ones. We can forgive him for it, but let's not kid ourselves that there is some deep spiritual teaching to be had out of performing this silly trick.

I urge everyone who is impressed by the rudraksha materialization to watch the few minutes of the video leading up to it. Watch Sri M's right hand.. he keeps his thumb firmly clasped against this index finger all the while right until he materializes the rudraksha after which he freely shows off his right thumb. This is true... I am not being cynical.. please observe yourself. I am surprised I am writing this given I have been an avid follower of Sri M, read his books and want to put myself on a spiritual path myself. Unfortunately, I am unable to hold back after seeing this video (my inner self in someway wishes I hadn't). I request Ranveer and his video crew to please watch the video and give his take on it. It is not enough for Sri M to say that this is not a 'big deal' and one should not pay importance to such things. The fact is that a lot of us do get impressed by these things and it can make an impact on us in some way or the other. Really thankful for this video. Helped me get over a feeling of guilt. Char Dham Yatra was on top of the list of yatras we wanted to do.. It finally happened in 2016. We finished our darshan at Badrinath (the last of the Dham) and were on our way down when we stopped at Joshimath. After our darshan at Joshimath we were on our way to our car when a Sadhu called me. I was a little wary and pretended to walk away when he called again. At this point, I realized that I will not be able to ignore and walk away. I approach him. He asks me for money. I immediately give him Rs 10. He asks me to fold it my times until it becomes a small blob. He asks me to hold it between the palms of my 2 hands. I repeat, it is the palm of MY hands and not his. A few seconds later I find some movement and he asks me to open my palms. Lo and Behold! I FIND A RUDRAKSHA IN MY HAND. Now comes my dilemma. I was extremely uncomfortable with the whole episode and at the same time I did not trust my instincts and judgement of this sadhu. I strung the rudraksha along with a spatika mala and was wearing it. I used to feel extremely heavy, a couple of hours after wearing it. This continued for a few months. Deep inside, I felt the need to get rid of the rudraksha as the action of the sadhu was anything but spiritual just as Sri M mentioned. Having come from a sadhu, it was only fair that I dispose it off appropriately. I went to Thiruvannamalai and left it in Arunachala hill. However I still maintain that the feeling of heaviness had nothing to do with the rudraksha fronm the sadhu. I presume that the reason could be the inherent nature of crystals (spatika mala). To this day I was feeling guilty and unsure of my action of getting rid of it. Thanks to Sri M and to you for bringing out this video. I’m feeling relived

It's an easy trick, which can be mastered with little practice. If you look closely at his hands at 0:26, you can see his right-hand thumb is a little clumped, that's where he is keeping the rudraksha, it would have been difficult to do if the object was perfectly spherical, but it's not so in the case of rudraksha(it has a rugged surface which helps in grabbing it in that position much easier). Even though its a trick, he did it perfectly, also Ranveer's reaction was hilarious

No offense to anyone here and I have a great respect for Sri M ji and Love for Ranveer bhayya, also I believe in mysticism and miracles. But here it is very clear that Sri M ji was indeed holding the Rudraksh the whole time from the beginning of the show to this point. It can be observed that his right thumb was closed, and he was only moving his left hand all the time. Only after this, he started using his right hand. Also, Sri M ji is clearly aware where the camera is as he was staring at the camera so many times, but still he pretended that he is not aware where the camera is. Nevertheless, his point is accurate that these kinds of things doesn't need to be taken seriously and these are indeed spiritual distractors.

I watched the full podcast what i saw was, his right hand was mostly kept controlled, with his fingers mostly joined and even with the tiniest spaces that appeared between the fingers, his entire palm was mostly hidden from the camera unlike the left hand which was pretty visible and open throughout. He was using his left hand majorly unlike the right hand. Just after he produced the rudraksha, his right hand opened all the way, you could suddenly see him using his right hand more and you could also see his entire palm being open and empty with him using both his hands equally unlike before. It's not bad to have belief as long as one is ready to look for the truth with all the senses on. And even while stating that it was a low grade act he clearly associated the trick with spirituality . That's highly misleading for what i can observe happening here

Hmmm... I am big believer in Sanatan. I would like to point out something about The Rudraksh manifestation. Please correct me if I'm wrong I observed that, through out the podcast, Sri M's right hand thumb was tucked in. He didn't move that hand up and down, looks like something was hidden. Man all that respect went downhill, I have done this trick with coin since childhood. Also for further proof, in previous podcast his right hand from which he did the trick now was always moving making gestures constantly, even in the thumbnails. This time his right hand was still all the time, up till the 40th minute when he did the trick and then again his right hand was used for gestures. Body language doesn't lie, Rudraksha was not produced from thin air. My mom is a firm beleiver and she said the same that in this instance it is a trick. Although I still want to stay on the path of explorer that people somewhere in this country and in this world are able to do miracles, but this was not the case. Don't let your belief blind you specially when it is clearly visible what happened here.

Ram Dass was very keen on knowing about siddhis since he had never seen any of it in his life so he wanted to go meet some particular yogi who claimed he could perform siddhis in the area. Baba Neem realised this desire in his student (Ram Dass) and one day he took him to the side and he showed him his palm. In the palm a blue light started emerging out of thin air (this is recorded by Ram Dass in his writings). Neem Baba told him all this has no meaning (all these are not important). When we get trapped in the attraction of siddhis it is like reducing God (Paramatman) into a magic trick. He showed him this small siddhi only to instruct him (Ram Dass) not to take so much interest in these things and lose his real direction. These siddhis will come automatically to people who have been doing sadhana for a very long time so it is not something we should get sidetracked by (that was Neem Baba's message to his student). I believe that is the same message Sri M is trying to convey in this clip.

A few days ago, when I visited my uncle's house, a young sadhu, probably in his late 20s, approached me and asked for ₹2. I asked my mom, and we gave him the amount. Following that, he came up to me, placed a rock in my palm, closed it, and recited a mantra. When he asked me to open my palm, I found a rudraksha inside. I wasn’t surprised, as I had already seen this kind of act in a podcast earlier. The sadhu then started asking me about my career and marital status and requested me to tie a currency note to the rudraksha. At that moment, I immediately handed the rudraksha back to him and firmly said, "Please stop this nonsense."

We are unable to pick on this with a keen eye bcos at both the above mentioned times he repeats the same dialogue "look my hands are here". But to reconfirm what I just said, watch in full screen mode and zoom the screen a Lil bit. I enjoy this show once in a while, but a lil disappointed with what I observed on this video. Also not saying that there aren't people who do this. I'm sure they can. But this wasn't authentic.
