the reason why i like this teaser more than JDG is it portrayed how Faker who used to be the tip of the spear of T1 roster, how people recognize him as the "demon king", is no more. for how much faker loses, that's what made him closer and closer to become a "human". he no longer chained by the pressure to win, and he's not always have to be the one that made the miracle happen. his old teammates help him to get his throne, but the demon king hasn't pay anything back to them until it was too late. and with his new teammates, he turned into something new, a human. the time for him as the villain is over, the clash of titans is over (at least for now). all that is left is the story of a king and his companions.

(Albeit, I don't play league, I just watch) Way back when he was dubbed the unkillable demon king by a chinese player, the term he used was actually the same you'd use when you play those games where you go up the levels and then you meet the final boss. That's what unkillable demon king is, the final boss. And when faker said that after 10 years of playing, he saw so many teams rise and fall, but he stands at the end of the road. today was so anti-climactic - I'm happy for T1 but if you compare the emotions of last year's finals and the scenes to this year's, they are not the same - this was not a final, it was a victory lap and T1's players felt almost awkward about it...the players (and the fans) fully became aware that WBG couldn't match them somewhere in game 2 and that they were just better at everything - there was just not even the smallest chance at an upset because theshy seemed to be having one of those days and they needed him to win lane beforehand - but then they still had to play it out the whole series was a total of an hour long, T1 wasn't challenged at all outside of the first 10 minutes..look at their drafts...they seemed to just be trolling, by game 3 WBG was so outmatched they gave rakan, started to first-time champs and picked the weirdest champs like kennen top...pure desperation
