What if a patient is feeling palpitation most of the time and sometime he is thinking that there is something wrong in his heart but when undergoes strenuous exercise feels that the heart rhythm is right. Like the heart lub dub is not in the same pattern. What's the diagnosis? Resting ECG is normal except tachycardia sometime

Generalised Anxiety Disorder also presents with palpitations which may decrease on doing some exercise but again comes back with tachycardia and palpitations after resting for enough time and also with Normal ECG showing tachycardia. Consult a psychiatrist for expert management.
