I live in a 440 yrd duplex...before buying my current duplex i went to see like 20 different duplexes and to be honest this is the best practical property i can imagine and everything is very thoughtfully designed... People may think that this kind of fit n finish is easy to do but in reality it takes tons of effort to create something like this Great property and great house tour by the host 👍✌️

​@@user-sb9nr7qp1rwell everything comes with their own pros and cons...I lived in a three sided south facing house for like 5 yrs Man when you live in a house with windows on every side all you will ask for is less sunlight and less fresh air😅 It's delhi there is no such thing as fresh air outside And in summers the sunlight you are talking about is unbearable In the house shown in this video everything is perfect Like perfect amount of natural light in living area and kitchen is wid balcony one of the bedroom is in front with balcony believe me that's enough People have made hype of having a house with fresh air and natural light all day And don't forget the terror of the mosquitoes It's delhi 😅

The kitchen and wardrobe have been made very basic. There is nothing special….. The internal profile light in the wardrobe should also go to the upper area. You will notice that the upper area looks dark….. You can find a lot of mistakes in the kitchen wardrobe. These are genuine mistakes that could have been corrected…..overall nice project 👍🏻

It's a homage to retro styling of a time gone by ... but too much bling !! Craftsmanship, fit, and finish are fantastic ... think they could have reduced the palette of materials used ... its way too over the top ...and that green kitchen in 2024 ... i dont think this will age well. I will look dated very quickly.
