Also for deviant, starry night butterfly is BiS for power surge since just by having it inside craddle gives 6% status dmg and 6% weapon dmg at night and 3% status dmg and 3% weap dmg at day.

you should hold your weapon and crouch before going to the backpack to check the stats. if its still the same, shoot some bullets to "trigger" your weapon stats. my stats are higher than you but you have more dmg. so it doesn't makes sense. hold your weapon. great build and APPRECIATE THE EFFORT. helps me a lot.

What he meant by was that, this game has a bug where if ​you stand and show your stats it detects your character as afk and shows the details stats as if you didn't equipped your weapon. So, the yout stats in the video is most prolly inaccurate the numbers is supposed to be higher. So, jf you crouch and show your stats it wont detect your chracter as Afk and show you your correct stats@@Occurredcx

Instead of Renegade gloves for +15% reload speed, would it be a better option to use Shelterer Gloves and then switch the boots to Earthly Boots for +30% damage against marked enemies? Since you're marking enemies with your Wildfire all the time. (So Mayfly + 4 Shelterer + Earthly boots)

You can get by farming spider. Or the easiest places I’ve found to get them was Manibus and operation Chiron which gives you guaranteed specific affix mods!

Im focus on talents, the but instead of ferocious charge i use status amplification, all mods are elemental gold in the suffix and with damage against normal and great ones enemy, but still my dps is around 20-30k 😅

You can have the same mods. but what about the substats? the substats are what play a huge role in elemental builds especially surge. just have that one sub stat that gives 4.8% more status dmg can mean huge difference in dps yanno. Let me know if you have anymore questions!!

I personally love the smg more. But as you saw the rifle is just as much capable of putting out major damage! If you already have the smg you could do both of them! That sounds really fun tbh. I have power surge suffix for my static shock, and thunderclap, static shock with 6% surge dmg % and 3.6 shock dmg%, I also tried thunderclap with similar stats to these of static shock, i have multiple others with surge dmg % and surge crit dmg % which affects the thunderclap proc, multiple mods with power surge dmg % and DMG on targets with power surge %, I tested it for whole day compared to talents suffix with similar % stats to elemental and status dmg and there is literally no difference what so ever. I even tried different types of ammunitions in hopes power surge suffix is better or scales in some way, but nah. I wasted about 80 controllers to try get power surge suffix mods, its worse in every way. The dmg output is literally same + u gotta pray for insane RNG to even get suffix, + u gotta pray for insane RNG for good substats at least double power surge dmg related and on top of it decent rolls. Not only it drops rarely and u have to use a lot of controllers to get one decent, but if u wanna do mod conversion u need 4 power surge suffix to exchange for one new. Its waste of controllers, waste of time, in the end its the same damage. I was hoping developers did some diff scaling on dmg output for power surge suffix, but thats not the case. I grinded my living soul out of it just to waste time so u dont have to. Grind for talents suffix, easier to get better rolls, more often it drops and since u have more of them u can easily do mod conversions.

Yes! I listed in the video that you don’t want power surge affix for the weapons. Talents mods do way more damage! You can do power surge on the mask if you get a good roll but that’s the only one I would recommend surge affix on. If you have a good talents one with high elemental/status dmg mask mod you could stay with it as well. Talent mods for the weapons do more dmg then the surge affix ones you are very right! I tried every single mod combo before I made the video and talents always did more dmg. Sorry you wasted so many controllers! Hope you enjoyed the video!!!

@@Occurredcx Even for mask its more beneficial to go talents suffix. On Power surge u can get max 6% power surge dmg and 6% shock damage as gold rolls. On talents mod u can get 8% elemental and 6% status dmg. power surge dmg and shock dmg are same in terms of scaling as elemental or status dmg, so its better to opt for talents suffix. Dw i didnt waste my controllers because of your video, I was doing min maxing xd I wasted so many resources because I believed that power surge suffix was special in some way or scaled better, but it doesnt seem to be the case.

Question. Does Steady Hand only effect Fortress Warfare and Fast Gunner or does it apply to Power Surge as well. Or are you depending on your Heavy Axe to trigger FW?

The axe triggers FW. So heavy swing then cancel switch to weapon FW will proc by itself within a sec or two of you doing that. That is what gives you the damage boost. Heavy swing - cancel - swap - shoot Hope that helped!!

Elemental and status substats are your biggest damage factors. Always go for talents mods. Get at least elemental damage increase. If you get status too that’s even better!

@@ghostgaming678 bullets aren’t that important of a factor. Using normal tung bullets or even steel bullets I was still doing almost the same amount of damage. Youre only looking at maybe 10 damage per bullet more using steel instead of AP. it wont matter when the proc hits and does 12k dmg. Use whichever bullets you would like tho! All personal preference. I'd suggest you try out SOCR and if you like it get Outer Space exactly as occurred said. Outer space is 190 - 250 k damage per second on not fully min maxed build on training dummy, socr about 130 - 150 k. I believe if I change 2 mods and get couple more stars on gear it will climb over 300k damage per second on outer space and around 180 - 190k on outsider. Outsider has higher weap dmg and better range effectiveness and outer space procs more surges. In power surge build, then only thing that matters is power surge proc, since range doesnt affect your power surge dmg and u r building status + elemental dmg so u dont care much about ur weap dmg cuz it has nothing to scale of. Give it a shot on SOCR and if u like power surge gameplay u gonna have fun with outer space melt if u gonna decide to invest into.

@@sumdude4649 yes and no. Mainly because you already have a huge base mag with the calibration equipped. I never had a problem where I didn’t have enough ammo yk what i mean. A heavy mag would reduce the control of the weapon too which already has some eh recoil! And slow down your reload! I found the fast mag to be better in terms of accuracy/speed. Hope that helps!

I personally prefer the mp7. However they both do a significant amount of dmg. I say try out the outsider see if you like how it feels/procs and if you like it stay with it or get the smg! Both do insane dmg tbh

@@Occurredcx But it doesn't make sense mate. The proc rate for PS is almost the same on both weapons. Outer space shoots 50% faster than SOCR, thus PS procs per sec on outer space is 150% of SOCR's. Weapon dps on legendary weps is better than on epic ones, thus, outer space wins again. There is literally no reason for SOCR's performance to be better than 65% of the OS's one.

The games logic makes no sense to me either but i look at numbers and calculate different % then divide those by the total dmg plus the raw output of each weapon. id honestly pick whichever one you prefer! Some weapons base more damage off of elemental and some base more dmg off of. Status. For example: The surge build in this video: does both elemental and status dmg so they are both important. However I found that elemental for surge seems to scale its dmg a little higher For the shotgun build I posted: it also does status/elemental. However it can stack x5 status dmg on it. So in that case it would be more ideal for the 18% status dmg But to be honest with you if you get a good roll on either. You will be fine!!! Don’t worry about one or the other too much. Both are very strong for elemental builds!

Yes to both of those questions. I have tried both status dmg boost drink and a dmg buff food. For the purpose of this video being fair to everyone I only had ice tea and a speed buff food. But I did notice a slight dmg increase when using both of those food buffs that boost dmg. It wasn’t significant tho. But you definitely could if you wanted for the extra dmg!

@@moldhof37 my bad I totally forgot to awnser that part. And status dmg and elemental dmg are extremely similiar and in terms of testing multiple builds there wasn’t a huge factor between them. I suggest whichever one you get if it has a high elemental dmg % and preferably a status substat as well then stick with that one! As far as the base mod goes there’s not a huge difference. Whichever one has the bigger sub stats in terms of element/status dmg if that makes sense! Hope I helped

Pick whichever one looks more interesting to you! Try out the outsider if you like it then minvest in the smg! That’s. My best advice bc it comes down to personal preference. Both can output the same dmg!

Personal choice! I prefer the outerspace but the outsider does just as much dmg! Both can be op and used for everything. I hope that helped. Try to outsider first see if you like it!

@@Zenless260 this “trash” is the outsider (: a weapon I put tons of hours into to make the best possible build for people who don’t wanna spend days making builds and don’t want trash builds in one day.
