AI countries in Hoi4 are coded NOT to choose industrial focuses if they control only 1 province and it's not 1939 yet, so if you want to annex your puppets and get more factories faster, it might be more beneficial to opt for united Croatia and Bosnia, as they would have not 1, but 2 provinces each.

I feel like AI has been targeting the player alot more after these updates, no joke I had a run as historical Greece and the entirety of the Hungarian, Italian and Romanian army death stacked on albania, 0% atrittion as well, even when I had to d-day for the allies and there was no one opposing me in France, there was still 7 divisions per tile of Germans and Italians in the Albanian and yugoslav border, Mountaineers are so underrated and fun to use Happy slav month from Brazil btw ❤
