I made a goal to release a video every week, and I almost MISSED IT x_x. In this video, I wanted to share some quick tips on speeding up the process of your music production journey. The most significant difference between music producers that do this for a living and the hobbyist is that a professional producer will set deadlines and release music. In contrast, the hobbyist will never finish tracks and fall into the trap of perfectionism. Setting deadlines is the best way to move forward in your music production journey as it allows you to work like a professional artist, practice everything you need to make a song, and get into the habit of releasing stuff. PLUS 1 If you make a goal to release every 2 months.

Hey Zen, one night I decided to pop an adderall and I made a song in 14 hours. It was a great time. I figured lately naming the sessions and timers are the best to focus on and finish. When producing and engineering we use both sides of the brain and a lot of self judgement is involved. Creative process and engineering at the same time is a huge skill if you can get out of the blackhole it puts you in honestly.
