I think that's the difference between Global and Garena players. From what I've observed so far most of the Global players in squads don't have teamwork. If Parker was playing in the Garena server he'd definitely head straight back to the lobby jumping at squads like that. Garena players even random squads have more teamwork than the rest of the Global players combined.
