Hai violet,during my OSCE exam in implementation I got 14 hour medication,,my patient was complaining pain but in 13 hour there was one medication but instead of signing in that column it just mentioned’X’ ,,,so which means patients has not received medication right?and in as required medication there was prescription for pain medication and patient was complaining pain as well…so in this suituation what can I do?please help me?
