Destroying one planet or moon, whatever, is the equivalent of destroying an infinite amount of infinite mass.. Spiritual attacks don't work on servants, servants have also got plot manipulation if they have a high enough luck stat, they can also move faster than attacks moving faster than the concept of speed while being heavily weakened. They have ran back in time to get stronger, have casualy just appeared outside the temporal access, I could go on.. The bottom line is that void shiki and servants in general scale higher than featherine.
