This meditation will change your life. If you listen to this for the next 30 days, you will find more of a reflection of love in your life than ever before. It is recommended that you use headphones when listening to this meditation and that you either sit down or lay down and relax. You are about to connect to your heart and to love in a way you have never connected to make yourself comfortable. We are about to go deep into your sub conscious mind. Set the intention. This meditation help you to feel love in your heart, feel love in your heart, that energy and allows you to perceive of. Start off by paying attention to the energy you can put your hands over your heart and just the awareness in the center of your chest. As you do that with every breath you take, you will feel more connected to your heritage. Really take a deep breath in. As you breathe it in, feel the energy inside of your art. Feel the energy center. This energy is white.
Everything.
The more you tap in to the field, you are tapping into the love naturally.
Oh, now imagine that there is a seed inside of your hands. Right now is a seed. This seed is going to bring to you more love in your life
than ever before. They'll put the intention. This is going to bring into your life and look at this in your hand. Now put it into your heart center.
As you put your awareness on this seed in your heart center and as you imagine it going into your heart, you can feel warmth in your heart. Begin to grow. You can feel this. Energy is starting to grow and expand
throughout your and now understand
at this, at this feeling has always been within you. It is always here for you to tap into when however you want,
Oh you have to do is remembered
feeling inside of your heart because this feeling is who you naturally are. Now imagine that that seed that you planted in your heart, that out of that seed is starting to grow and you can see some green poking out of the leaf. You could see some life grow out of it, and as it grows you can feel the energy in your heart expanding more and more and feel into this shit. Yes. Now, as this seed grows more and more, I want you to imagine some memory of your past. Have you feeling connected to this love. Remember a time when you felt connected to your heart center. Maybe it's a memory. Have you been with someone else
on the bed? Maybe it's a memory of you just feeling connected to your friends. Would it ever this situation is? I imagine it in detail. I imagine it as if you are looking memory, becoming brighter and brighter, becoming louder and louder temperature.
Now bring the awareness into your heart center.
You found more connected to your heart before your heart.
More intelligence than your brain
are you in your and your heart is constant tending to communicate with you.
Open yourself up to any message that your heart has for you. Ask Yourself, what message does my heart have for me right now? Is there any message? My heart task right this moment? Attracting? Yeah, whatever feeling is in your heart right now, it's true on that feeling, becoming magnified times 10, that feeling, that heart center, the energy around your heart is now expanding much further beyond your body.
This energy will bring the relationship you desire. This energy around you
body will bring more love to you than you have ever felt in your life before.
Repeat these affirmations and know that these are
true for a whole complete

I just came back here to tell my story. I did this mediation to try and manifest my ex back. I did it for around 2 weeks and ended up bumping into him in a random part of Peru (we split while travelling) it was complete random. Update: I started continuously listening to this each night around a year ago. I wasn’t obsessive, but I made it a routine. I felt positive that love was coming my way. I was listening this meditation for months, back in beginning of 2019. Before I had no self worth, toxic relationships, met men that didn't align with me at all. Wanted to share my story here. I've listened to this meditation at the end of last year, I was stumbling upon this video by accident and gave it a try. I have to say I wasn't too dedicated listening to it consistently over and over but here it comes... Two or three months later I met this wonderful girl on a trip to Costa Rica. We've connected on such a deep level like I have never felt in my life. There was a lot of fire between us, beautiful deep conversations, healing touch and shared memories. We come from different parts of the world but we're planning to marry and connect our lives permanently ♥️ Whoever is reading this may you be blessed and feeling fulfilled in life. I made sure to focus on the good things in my life remain positive as much as possible. Making sure I bring this feeling of love around me and for myself. These changes allowed me to become more confident about myself. HE then felt attracted to me again. we have been talking to each other since. We are going on our first date very soon.

@@jasmineaba4832 hi Jasmine this is probably not the result you’re looking for. I am not seeing that person anymore due to long distance. And I also found out there’s some traits about him that was not exactly what I’m looking for. However I had no anxiety and regrets about it. It made me realized how well can a person treats me (he was a gentleman treated me very nicely on the first date). I also feel a lot of self love from this video. I came across the information about if manifestations isn’t working for you, there may be something you’re hold on (past experience, anxiety, etc.) that’s holding you back. So I’m trying to work on releasing negativities that’s holding me back first, sort of like working on myself first (I’m trying Sedona releasing method). Sending love and good luck on your journey 💗

I was a bit skeptical about this whole meditation thing. But I wanted to try it because I was in a relationship with a narcissist and it made me completely burnt out and hollow. I wanted to feel some love and I knew that all the feelings and emotions were always within me. I used this meditation to help me to focus on those feelings and those memories. I listened to it for about a week and guess what happened? First, the toxic relationship I was in at the moment fall apart. She came to me and told me she realised she was using me all the time and she couldn't give anything in return, so she wanted to stop torturning me with fake promises. I guess it is the most loving thing a narcissist partner could ever do to you. And then, a week later I met a sweet, loving, caring, wonderful girl and we're together now. It feels so easy and natural with her, feels like I'm alive. So thank you so much Aaron! I want to try different meditations now because I realised how powerful our feelings, emotions, thoughts and energies are. Peace, love and Namaste!

I’m with someone now who has narcissistic tendencies and am starting this for the same reason. We’ll see how it goes. I don’t want him to leave me but...that’s sort of why I want to try this too. No stress, no anxiety, no thinking about why she's ghosting me, or why she's forgetting about my existence, why she's so cold etc. You deserve someone who will love you, who will care about you and with whom you'll feel alive and not burnt out or depressed. Stan Sinitsky Thank you for the kind words 💕. My situation isn’t quite as dire, we do have quite a few good days and he never ghosts me or anything like that. I honestly feel it’s a bit healthy too as I feel my expectations are too high and I need to learn to let people be who they are and stop trying to change and control things. I feel there’s a reason I’m with him right now but also realize things won’t change and I shouldn’t lower my explanations THAT much :). My situation is also harder because he was my brothers best friend in high school. He always had a crush on me but I never saw him that way though I DID love him. Just not in the way he wanted. I went into it loving him I guess is what I’m trying to say and I’ll always love him...no matter what happens. He’s trying too, that’s the hard part...he just thinks and feels a lot differently than I do and I often feel like my needs aren’t being met. We’ll see what happens anyways. Again though, thank you for replying. My eyes teared up a bit on “you deserve to be loved”. I do. I really do.

@@jenk6895 look, you still can love him and wish him the best, right? But if you were unhappy in a relationship with him and you only gave love and didn't receive love in return, was it fair for you? No. I know it is hard and it is painful. But I want to share with you a thing that made it easier for me to go through the breakup, might work for you as well. Right now you have a choice. You can fall into pain and depression for a long time OR you can help yourself and use this time to improve and become a better person. Quit your bad habits, learn how to be happy and how to enjoy life no matter what. For me, I realized some of my mistakes in a romantic relationship (like being insecure, anxious, not believing in myself or not thinking that I'm worthy of love) and I worked on improving those flaws. For the first week I wanted to improve and to get my ex girlfriend back, but during the second week I realized that I don't need her. I may still have feelings for her but I will also get back all the problems with her. It's like smoking - I really enjoyed smoking cigarettes but they were bad for my health so I quit. I don't smoke for two weeks and I finally can breathe and feel all scents and smells, it's amazing! The same goes for relationship. You will meet a person and you will find it so easy to love him. This person will value you and will love you for who you are and you will want to do the same for him. It is only the matter of time. Do the meditation, do thing that make you smile and make you happy, trust the journey and trust the Universe. I found this meditation 1 year ago. I was not so strict about it, I guess I listened to it 3-4 times for a month. I actually did not think I would find a partner, I just wanted to love myself more... But shortly after, I got into a relationship, and it is the best relationship I have ever had, my heart is so warm and fuzzy. My advice: don't overthink it just try to see if it works for you, it is a very soothing meditation ❤ Update: I come back to this meditation from time to time when I am feeling overwhelmed about life; it soothes me so much. We are still together by the way it has been 1.5 years.

For a person who didn't have a healthy childhood he is everything healthy and masculine. Now we are married and living a wonderful life.
