everyone is a beginner! no one is really ahead of anyone! unless you are really in the lows lows lows. I would just explore all sorts of meditation with or without music and if you have the time invest it into reading certain books that will allow you to think in a certain way! it can help one in all areas. remember brainwave music or any meditation music is just there as an aid or a tool or even a form of enjoyment and relaxation! to live the fullest life we all have the ability to focus and develop in all areas of life! bless all the best. I am sure others will have their own ideas and so on! i just didn't want to ignore your comment. with my music lower the volume and relax lie down close eyes! and explore and then combine that with self development in all areas. or just use as you like of course! bless
