Most PRIZED Deep Sea Fish... Catch Clean Cook (African Pompano)

We finally got a calm day to fish our home waters out of Hillsboro inlet! We started the day by catching speedos aka firetail scad. These are one of the best live baits for deep sea fishing. Our goal was to slow troll them all day and catch whatever bites! We had an action packed day with multiple different species, including an African pompano, which is a real treat for any offshore fishermen.

Beautiful African Pompano. Great recipe for a fantastic fish. As a retired person who is mobility impaired I watch tons of You Tube videos. Yours is at the top of my favorites. Another interesting channel is cooking with clams. Clams is the nickname of Will who lives in Key West and Long Island. A semi retired restauranteur who still owns a New York combination seafood market and restaurant he knows a great deal about cooking. He lobsters with a terrible net so I suggested he buy one of Brooks nets and tickle sticks.
