Quebec is ethnically different then rest of the canada, so they face racism around canada, and this is the reason why people of Quebec are so concerned about their language and culture. This video is exactly why people from Quebec are trying to preserve their culture and background. This is not racism at all. They are not obligated to speak English, it should be other way around. I have been living in Canada for 6 years now. French is the official language of Canada along with English. I have been to Quebec couple of times and I have never faced any sort of discrimination. Before labelling someone as racist, try to do a bit of research to understand their background. I would appreciate if you don’t attempt to spread hate towards them. I live in Boston and i had more difficulty in there too. Toronto was much better. I went to Montreal in 1995 and i was lost for 10 hours since no GPS, to find my hotel . French in these two cities.
