I have been to Quebec so many times and I always try to use the little french that I know, I see the Québécois appreciating it. This video is exactly why people from Quebec are trying to preserve their culture and background. This is not racism at all. They are not obligated to speak English, it should be other way around. I have been living in Canada for 6 years now. French is the official language of Canada along with English. I have been to Quebec couple of times and I have never faced any sort of discrimination. I live in Boston and i had more difficulty in there too. Toronto was much better. I went to Montreal in 1995 and i was lost for 10 hours since no GPS, to find my hotel . French in these two cities.
