The DHA is not finalising the applications based on occupations, unless the application happens to fall in priority occupations like Health, Education etc.

Hello mam last 6th nov case officer contacted me and need some documents regarding employment and they did employment verification by call and I submitted all docs on 30th November And also send invoice generation request for my spouse. Still I am waiting for visa grant or invoice could you tell me how long it may take ( ICT support officer)

It is common for the DHA to take time, and you could expect to hear from them by about a month or so.
