Growing long hair quickly can be achieved through a combination of factors including genetics, diet, hair care practices, and lifestyle choices. Here's a description of how you might have been able to grow your hair quickly
You likely focused on maintaining a healthy diet rich in vitamins, minerals, and proteins essential for hair growth. Consuming foods like fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats provided your body with the nutrients needed to support hair growth. Additionally, you might have incorporated hair-healthy foods like eggs, fish, nuts, and seeds which are rich in biotin, omega-3 fatty acids, and other nutrients beneficial for hair growth.
In terms of hair care practices, you probably avoided excessive heat styling, chemical treatments, and harsh hair products that can damage the hair and inhibit growth. Instead, you might have opted for gentle hair care routines, using sulfate-free shampoos, conditioning regularly, and minimizing hair breakage by using wide-tooth combs and avoiding tight hairstyles.
You might have also incorporated scalp massages into your routine to stimulate blood flow to the scalp and prevent split ends, respectively. These practices can help maintain the overall health of your hair and encourage faster growth.
Furthermore, you might have paid attention to your overall health and lifestyle, ensuring you stayed hydrated, managed stress levels, and got enough sleep. These factors can all impact hair growth and contribute to the overall health and appearance of your hair.
By combining these strategies, you were likely able to grow your hair quickly and maintain its health and vitality.

For my own observation the hair on her head is actually 3 years before she started taking care of the hair from 2021 for what I know the hair is 6 years and not 3 years

My dear even though it's six years if she didn't start taking care of her hair it wouldn't be that length it would have remained short en not looking beautiful.Actually my hair is ten years since I started going natural but it's not even that long it's just shoulder length because I don't have time to take care of it am always wearing braids.
