For the first animation they actually changed guoba’s name to zhongba and from 原神/genshin (original god) to 原魔(original beast)

If you are wondering why Zhong Li threw that spear; Vortex Vanquisher is the divine spear of Rex Lapis used to vanquish the Overlord of the Vortex back on the archon war. It is a heaven's weaponry, that's why Zhongli used it instead of the meteor.

The second animation must have been when Zhongli defeated Osial and locked him away because he was still young. Or… This could be in an alternate Teyvat where Zhongli took his position back as an Archon to protect his nation.
