One question guys, did you take the long tail boat from your accomodation to ko yao Yai? Because from ko yao Yai the regular boat is so expensive, looking for alternative...

We took the longtail boat and it was super cheap. It's what we recommend.

Why did you think it is hard to find a beach to swim in Koh Yao Noi? Others have said that the beaches on Koh Yao Noi are amazing for swimming! Would be interested to hear why you disagree. I just found your channel and I am loving all your helpful information for planning my upcoming trip to Thailand! Thank you for such great info!

It's a good question! For what we experienced, It was difficult to swim because of the tides. Koh yao is heavily influenced by them. When it's low tide, it's not easy to find a place to swim.
